Mô hình kinh doanh Canvas là gì – đây là một trong những công cụ chiến lược được ứng dụng rộng rãi nhất hiện nay để phác họa, phân tích và tối ưu hóa mô hình kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp. Với cấu trúc gồm 9 thành phần cốt lõi, mô hình này giúp các nhà quản trị nhìn nhận toàn cảnh hoạt động kinh doanh, từ giá trị cốt lõi, phân khúc khách hàng đến dòng doanh thu và cơ cấu chi phí. 1. Mô hình kinh doanh Canvas là gì?

1.1. Định nghĩa

Mô hình kinh doanh Canvas (Business Model Canvas – BMC) là một công cụ trực quan dạng bảng, được sử dụng để mô tả và phân tích các yếu tố cốt lõi cốt lõi của một mô hình kinh doanh. BMC giúp doanh nghiệp có cái nhìn tổng quan về hoạt động kinh doanh, từ đó đưa ra các quyết định về hiệu quả chiến lược.

BMC không chỉ là một công cụ để “vẽ” ra mô hình kinh doanh mà còn là một công cụ tư duy, giúp doanh nghiệp hiểu rõ hơn về cách thức hoạt động, tạo ra giá trị và thu lợi nhuận.

1.2. Lịch sử ra đời

BMC được phát triển bởi Alexander Osterwalder và Yves Pigneur trong cuốn sách “Tạo mô hình kinh doanh” (2010). Mô hình này nhanh chóng trở nên phổ biến và được sử dụng rộng rãi trên toàn thế giới bởi tính đơn giản, trực quan và hiệu quả của nó.

2.1. Phân khúc khách hàng (Phân khúc khách hàng – CS)

  • Phân loại khách hàng theo nhu cầu, đặc điểm và hành vi.
  • Ví dụ: Khách hàng cá nhân, doanh nghiệp, người có thu nhập cao, sinh viên,…

2.2. Giải pháp giá trị (Value Propositions – VP)

  • Mô tả những giá trị mà doanh nghiệp cung cấp cho khách hàng.
  • Giải quyết vấn đề hoặc đáp ứng bất kỳ yêu cầu nào của khách hàng.
  • Ví dụ: Sản phẩm chất lượng, dịch vụ tận tâm, giá cả cạnh tranh, thiết kế độcg,…

2.3. Các kênh phân phối (Kênh – CH)

  • Xác định cách thức doanh nghiệp tiếp theo và tương tác với khách hàng.
  • Ví dụ: Cửa hàng trực tiếp, cửa hàng trực tuyến, mạng xã hội, đại lý,…

2.4. Quan hệ khách hàng (Customer Relations – CR)

  • Mô tả loại hình quan hệ mà doanh nghiệp thiết lập với khách hàng.
  • Ví dụ: Quan hệ cá nhân, quan hệ tự động, cộng đồng,…

2.5. Dòng doanh thu (Revenue Streams – RS)

  • Mô tả cách thức kinh doanh tạo ra doanh thu từ khách hàng.
  • Ví dụ: Bán sản phẩm, cung cấp dịch vụ, cho thuê, quảng cáo,…

2.6. Nguồn năng lượng chính (Key Resources – KR)

  • Xác định các nguồn lực quan trọng mà doanh nghiệp cần để hoạt động.
  • Ví dụ: Tài sản vật, tài sản trí tuệ, nguồn nhân lực, tài chính,…

2.7. Hoạt động chính (Hoạt động chính – KA)

  • Mô tả các hoạt động quan trọng mà doanh nghiệp cần thực hiện để tạo ra giá trị.
  • Ví dụ: Sản xuất, tiếp thị, bán hàng, nghiên cứu và phát triển,…

2.8. Đối tác chính (Key Partnerships – KP)

  • Xác định các quan hệ quan trọng mà doanh nghiệp cần hợp lý để đạt được mục tiêu.
  • Ví dụ: Nhà cung cấp, nhà phân phối, đối tác công nghệ,…

2.9. Cơ cấu chi phí (Cost Structure – CS)

  • Mô tả các chi phí mà doanh nghiệp phải trả để hoạt động.
  • Ví dụ: Chi phí sản xuất, chi phí tiếp thị, chi phí nhân viên,…

  • Tính trực quan : BMC giúp doanh nghiệp dễ dàng hình dung và hiểu rõ hơn về mô hình kinh doanh của mình.
  • Tính linh hoạt : BMC có thể được sử dụng cho nhiều loại hình doanh nghiệp khác nhau, từ khi khởi nghiệp đến doanh nghiệp lớn.
  • Tính chiến lược : BMC hỗ trợ việc quyết định chiến lược, giúp doanh nghiệp xác định các yếu tố rồi chốt để thành công.
  • Tính tương tác : BMC tạo ra một nền tảng cho các thành viên trong doanh nghiệp thảo luận và đóng góp ý kiến.

  • CS : Người dùng có nhu cầu cao về công nghệ, thiết kế và trải nghiệm.
  • VP : Sản phẩm chất lượng cao, thiết kế đẹp, hệ sinh thái Apple.
  • CH : Cửa hàng Apple Store, cửa hàng trực tuyến, đại lý.
